Plans overview

Theostack offers three plan tiers for individuals and organizations:

Subscriber — $9/month or $79/year

Subscriber

  • Voice research mode
  • 3 Projects with 50MB storage
  • 14-day free trial, no credit card required

Premium — $19/month or $169/year

Premium
  • Everything in Subscriber
  • All 11 assistants including Sermon Feedback, Sermon Summary, Marriage & Family, Church Health & Leadership, and Evangelism & Outreach
  • Expanded voice access
  • 10 Projects with 250MB storage
  • Priority access to new features

Organization Plan — $399/year

Organization
  • 5 Premium seats for your ministry team
  • Shared Projects with team visibility controls
  • Organizational theological profile
  • Team management and invite system
  • Additional seats available at $59/year each

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial you have full access to explore the platform. If you were referred by another user, your trial is extended to 21 days.

When the trial ends, you'll need to choose a plan to continue using Theostack.

How to upgrade or downgrade

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. From the portal you can switch between Subscriber and Premium, change from monthly to annual billing, or update your payment method.

Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades create a credit applied to your next invoice.

Managing billing

The Manage Billing button in Settings opens Stripe's Customer Portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Switch plans
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your conversations, projects, and data are preserved.
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
