Accessing settings
Click Settings in the sidebar to reach your account settings page.
Updating your profile
From the Settings page you can update:
- First and last name — Displayed in your account and used for personalization.
- Theological tradition — Helps assistants provide answers with awareness of your confessional context.
- Preferred Bible version — Choose between the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) and the King James Version (KJV) for Scripture display in conversations.
Changes save automatically.
Managing your subscription
The Manage Billing button opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Switch between Subscriber and Premium
- Change from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa)
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Leaving an organization
If you're a member of an Organization Plan and want to leave:
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Organization section.
- Click Leave Organization.
Leaving an organization reverts you to your personal subscription (if you have one) or to a free account. Your personal conversations and Projects are preserved. Access to shared organizational Projects will be removed.
Organization admins cannot leave their organization. Transfer admin rights to another member first, or cancel the organization plan.
Data and privacy
Your conversations, Projects, and uploaded files are stored securely and are never shared with other users or used to train AI models. For full details, see the Privacy & Data article or read our Privacy Policy.
