This Cookie Policy explains how Theostack, a product of Lordhill Digital LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit theostack.com and use the Theostack platform (collectively, the “Service”).
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They allow the service to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and maintain your session. Some cookies are essential for the service to function; others help us understand how the service is used.
Theostack uses essential cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and session management. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We may also use analytics cookies (via PostHog) to understand how the Service is used, in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
In addition to cookies, Theostack uses your browser's local storage to persist interface preferences. These are not cookies and are never sent to our servers. They include:
• Theme preference — your selected light or dark mode setting.
• Sidebar state — whether the sidebar and its sections are expanded or collapsed.
• Sermon archive toggle — your display preferences for the sermon archive feature (Church plan only).
• Banner dismissals — whether you have dismissed announcement banners or promotional prompts.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these options in your browser's Settings, Preferences, or Privacy menu. You can choose to block or delete cookies, but please be aware that disabling essential cookies (such as the Supabase authentication cookies) will prevent you from logging in and using the Service.
To opt out of PostHog analytics cookies, you can use your browser's cookie settings to block cookies from the PostHog domain, or contact us and we will disable analytics tracking for your account.
